Dieter (MBA) is developing and driving business strategies, assessing their functional impact, and devising methods for meeting company benchmarks and goals. 

Delivering innovative solutions through clear communications and collaboration with all facets of the business internally and externally while executing decisive business decisions and maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct.

Dieter is planning and managing the company's day-to-day operational activities while ensuring transparent operating systems, administration controls, evaluating market opportunities, and minimizing risk. Assessing business strategies and their functional impact and devising methods for meeting company benchmarks and goals. Some of his greatest strengths are identifying new market opportunities and developing them from an idea/concept, through to start-up and into commercialisation and profitability.

Ewan is a controls and measurement system innovator with postgraduate qualifications in Electronics and Energy systems.

Ewan has been a principal developer in leading-edge projects for major Australian companies, including Enzen, BHP, Santos, Envestra, and the University of South Australia ‘Intelligent utility’ project. He was the founder

Ewan has been a principal developer in leading-edge projects for major Australian companies, including Enzen, BHP, Santos, Envestra, and the University of South Australia ‘Intelligent utility’ project. He was the founder of eHome Corporation and Microlog Pty Ltd, a specialist industrial automation company.

Ewan switched his focus to providing Net Zero power products as CTO of  OpenEnergy P/L who has developed a range of phasor and LoraWan devices with software systems to support VPP and demand response load controls using V2G EVs and community batteries

• Working in the electrical and communications industry since 1989, initially with Telecom Australia (Telstra) as a Technical Officer 

• In 2000, Gaining a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with Honors, then contracted for the SA Government Radio Networks roll out.

• In 2002, engaged as a Field Engineer for Boeing, Alice Springs, working on remote security and communications.
• And in 2006 became a business owner with the purchase of Alicetronics, and still provides technical solutions for Central Australia for over 16 years currently and employs over twenty staff and has taken the entire business and its vehicle fleet to a fully renewable power source in the form of solar.
• Seeing there was an opportunity to show others to economically flow towards renewable solutions, without losing our standard of living, he started OutbackEV in 2020, proudly helping the rollout of renewable vehicles and technologies in bringing solutions for Australian conditions, especially in the harsh outback.
